When you book, some facilities offer the possibility of paying directly at the facility. In these cases you will simply be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the booking, but without any charge. The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). My family and I had a fantastic time at your resort. The facilities were excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We especially loved the high tea time in afternoon and our time in the pool. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Best resort in Dharampur
I have been here to this place couple of times and I must say every time their services have taken another level. The food is amazing and the staff specially Happy did her best to ensure food is served as per the ask. This ecofriendly resort is a perfect weekend getaway for couples and family.

A nice hotel with great service!
great service by the staff (Ms. Happy & Ms. Preeti Especially) and a nice experience overall. A lift would've been a great addition since the lobby, restaurant, and rooms are pretty far apart. The bed decorations were also very intricate and impressive!

Calmness weather and view
Nice view and staff are soft spoken and cooperative , their service was excellent, food is also good… my mind became calm and relaxed to saw awesome view and calmness in weather…overall experience was good…their are many activity for kids….
